What We’re Working On
Our current work brings together citizen participation, strategic communication and policy engagement — from making digitalisation work better for citizens to strengthening the voice and resilience of civil society.
Inclusive Digitalisation
We use innovative crowdsourcing to bring citizens’ voices into policymaking. More than 400 people in Bulgaria joined citizens across six other EU countries to share their experience of digitalisation. We turn their ideas and priorities into recommendations for change and bring them into the policy conversation in Bulgaria and at EU level.
Digital Decade Monitoring
We independently monitor how Bulgaria is putting its digital commitments into practice — looking beyond targets and investment to what changes for people: the skills they need, public services they can actually use, and opportunities to participate and benefit.
Engagement Strategies
We help civil society organisations and public institutions build communication around the people they need to reach — their motivations, behaviour, concerns and trust. We combine professional communication practice with new approaches and tools that help important ideas travel beyond the usual bubble.
